Introduction
Incoloy 800 (Alloy 800, 1.4876, UNS N08800) nickel-based alloy tubes and pipes:
Incoloy 800 is an iron-nickel-chromium based superalloy because of its high tensile strength, good weldability and stress corrosion resistance. Incoloy 800 is capable of remaining stable and maintaining its austenitic structure even after long time exposures to high temperatures. It’s widely used in heater element sheathing, heat exchangers and petrochemical process piping (pigtails).

Incoloy 800 heating elements features:
It has excellent corrosion resistance and has a wide range of applications in a variety of conditions.
It can be used free from troubles if high corrosion resistance is required, Incoloy 800 is recommended metails.
When only used for heating in water, surface treatment can be carried out by pickling or electropolishing.
Limit service temperature(UL) : 880°C or less

Used as heating elements for fish roasters, microwave oven ranges, small calorifiers, dishwashers, drum washing machines, heat accumulating heaters, etc.
